Zoya Layne |
Zoya Wren |
Zoya Candice |
Zoya Addie |
Zoya Paisley |
Zoya specializes in nail polish but they released some lipsticks which I really like the feel of. The formula and packaging is cheap but the lipstick itself feels awesome on the lips. It's very hydrating. I recently used a shade on a friend who commented on the creamy texture. If you have chapped lips these will cover them beautifully. There was only one shade I didn't like as it was stiff and grainy due to the glitter and that's Candice. Wren and Addie are gorgeous shades that I recommend. Layne is a cool toned purple which is not really wearable so i'd pass on that one too. Paisley is really nice but requires more maintenance.
Packaging
The packaging feels very light, almost like there's nothing in it. The packaging is cheap but the mechanism which swirls the lipstick up is great and the lipstick doesn't jiggle which is most important.
Ingredients
The formula contains lanolin which is an ingredient praised for its ability to soften lips. I know a minority of people are iffy on it because it has the potential to be an allergen but i'm not worried. It's sooo moisturizing that I will use it until something better comes along.
These retails for $12 US on Zoya.
