Hello, natural deodorant. I welcome you into my life. For this review, i'd like to preface by saying I am a very light 'sweater', particularly in this cold weather. It took multiple tests to be able to write this review but I had fun doing it because I find it to be such an interesting product. The main test I tried was applying this deodorant to one armpit and leaving the other bare. There honestly wasn't much of a sweat smell from either armpit but the armpit where I applied the No Pong smelled faintly of lemon and was suprisingly dry. I was concerned that with the coconut oil base, this deodorant would slide all over and feel wet. Not at all, it's actually dry. It immediately turns into a cream on your fingers from out of the container but sets down when spread to almost feel chalky, at least on fingers. Armpit smell comes from bacteria that feed on sweat. So if you absorb the sweat, there's no smell right?! It's a winner for me!

Original - Contains fragrant essential oils (lemon scent) and baking soda in a base of coconut oil
Low Fragrance, Bicarb Free - Formulated for sensitive skin, it contains less essential oils and no baking soda. Ingredients are: Coconut Oil, Magnesium Hydroxide, Diatomaceous Earth, Beeswax and essential oils. My ideal choice.

If you don't know Diatomaceous earth is one of the most powerful oil absorbers out there. It's basically the fossilized remains of tiny organisms like algae. It's so powerful at absorbing that in it's raw form, it kills fleas fast by dehydrating them. You can even eat it.
Magnesium Hydroxide is a common component of antacids, such as milk of magnesia. This also will absorb sweat.
Coconut Oil even has antibacterial properties.
