If you don't know this Aether Beauty only uses ethically sourced mica and diamond powder. That means that they avoid purchasing mica from countries that are notorious for using child labour in mining. The packaging on their eyeshadows and highlighters are also recyclable which is a pleasant surprise these days.
Pink Diamond
The shade Pink Diamond looks like nothing special in the pan but when it's applied it transforms into the most dazzling pink-gold highlighter. I feel it has more of a pow than the shade pure and is easier to build up as the formula is looser feeling. Pale skin can pull this off but I think it would look best on medium to deep skintones.
The shade Pure Diamond is my shade of choice if I were to buy one. It creates an ethereal wet looking highlight. It really looks like a million super tiny diamonds. My finger had a little trouble picking up much product for a proper swatch as so many dirty fingers hardened the pan at Sephora where these were swatched. So it might actually be more intense than pink diamond.
