I overlooked this product for a while, opting for pieces in my skincare collection with fancier packaging. I wish I didn't! It's one of the better moisturizers I have and the best face primer i've ever used. As an extra bonus, this product has been revamped to simplistic white packaging. A good move on PC's part, I found a lot of their packaging to be outdated looking.
REDNESS RELIEF MOISTURIZER NORMAL-OILY | WHY?
I love to prime with something that is more of a moisturizer with added silicones for smoothing ability. This moisturizer has a lot of ingredients that will smooth out pores - I highlighted them below. As an added benefit, there are ingredients in this that are amazing for your skin. There's licorice root extract, allantoin, green tea leaf extract, grape seed extract, willow herb extract and burdock root extract. Beta-glucan is considered an excellent ingredient for improving the look of redness and other signs of sensitive skin.
Basically, it will moisturize, sooth, smooth, reduce redness, fill in pores and overall benefit skin. It's perfect for sensitive skin.
FEELING
This moisturizer is super airy or slippery feeling. It has that sort of silicone feeling but is heavier/wetter feeling than a straight up silicone primer. It dries down to leave this light slippery feeling. I do feel it fills in my pores a little.
WEAR TIME
I've never found a face primer significantly increased the wear-time of a foundation for me and this is no different.
INGREDIENTS
Almost all face primers on sephora seem to have some catch. Fenty, Too Faced, Becca... they've all got fragrance. Some have alcohol denate. Not to mention they're expensive.

FINAL
This is a little too light as a moisturizer for everyday. It's not hydrating enough for my dry cheeks. As a primer, though it's my HG. I've got pores and an oily t-zone and this smooths it out without being too dry or too emollient. This is $29 on Paula's Choice
