The Tarte Color Splash Shade Shifting Lipstick range are glittery or metallic duochrome lipsticks. They are currently on sale for $21 CAD/$16 USD so would be a good time to buy if you're into lipsticks like this. These are not for me though. I didn't find they looked good, the colours are crazy yet sheer so you can see your lips underneath if you don't layer it on an opaque lipstick. So you use them like a lip topper but I liquid lipsticks and lipglosses work much better for that.
