This product is a huge win for me. It's expensive, but it's been the only effective lip softener for me! I have SUPER chapped lips. I love how this works so much, i've been using it as a lip balm and as a the night mask it's intended to be. It's super hydrating and softens any hardened areas of my lips. It's like a thick putty. It locks onto my lips and stays in place. You only need a small amount! I also love the packaging as it's more hygienic than directly touching dirty lips. Not to mention it's nice looking.
