This is one of the most exciting product i've tried in a while. I found myself admiring these lipsticks for days rather than using them because I didn't want to blemish them. After a few days of looking at them, I tried them. They're very nice! I've got maybe 60 lipsticks and these are in the top 4 lipsticks I actually choose to wear daily. The packaging draws me in, the colours are very pretty and they're moisturizing. You do feel luxurious using them.

SHADES ONLINE VS LIFE
I have the shades Bitch Perfect and Penelope Pink. I considered Kim K as well, which seems to be one of the lighter lipstick shades available. The shades I have are gorgeous nudes that seem to look good on everyone. If you follow the links, you can see the lipsticks applied to 10 models of different skintones. I'm super pale, so they're not quite a 'nudey nude' on me. I will say, the lipsticks swatches do look different on both the Charlotte Tilbury website and Nordstrom website than in real life. So hopefully this post will help you. Read my description carefully if you're wanting to buy them online.

BITCH PERFECT
Bitch Perfect is described as a peach-toned nude lipstick. The swatch on the Charlotte Tilbury website looks much more dark, muted and cool toned than what i'm looking at right now. My swatch looks like lighter and more brightly warm pink. It leans more pink than peach.  It's similar to my natural lip shade. Because i'm so pale, it's not quite as light in colour as I prefer in a nude, but it's really a super faltering shade.

PENELOPE PINK
What a stunning shade! It's described on the CT website as a nude lipstick with pink undertones. That description sounds right. The swatch on her website though also looks very different than what i'm looking at. The swatch on her website looks much darker and almost greige. I would say Penelope Pink is a muted peachy nude. It's very similar to Bitch Perfect, but it's more neutral or muted, a touch lighter and less pink. I tend to gravitate to this colour more as it's more neutral.

WEAR
These lipsticks are super comfortable to wear. The bullet holds it's shape well but is not so hard that it tugs on my lips during application. You will need to 'break the lipstick in' when you swipe it for the first time as you won't get much pigment. This is a common thing with lipsticks. The formula feels emollient and moisturizing. It stays put pretty well but does transfer. While they're not 'kiss proof', they will provide a comfortable wear which is important to me because my lips are always dry and show texture easily. It's all about your preference. I take my lipstick off everytime before eating, so I like that I can easily wipe the lipstick off. My lips feel like I was wearing a lipbalm.

COVERAGE
To completely cover my dark lips, I need to apply a lot of layers. This is a common complaint I noticed when reading reviews online. It doesn't both me that much.

PRICE & RECOMMENDATION
With a hefty online price of $34.00 USD/$45.88 CAD, i'd recommend you find your perfect everyday shade and enjoy it! The price is a little more affordable on the Nordstrom website rather than the official online store, so that's what I linked. At the Nordstrom at Fairview in Ontario, I saw these lipsticks were labeled $39 CAD. That's almost $7 CAD cheaper than online.
