This certified organic balm works wonders around the mouth and eyes. With organic argan and borage oils to soothe and calm this all-in-one balm can be used for: cuticles, chapped hands, crow’s feet and your feet.
The description of the Quick Fix Correcting Balm suggests that it's great for combating dry skin and good for fine lines. I would suggest all you expect from this product is moisturized skin because there doesn't seem to be an abundance of anti-aging ingredients. I payed special attention to where I applied the Quick Fix Correcting Balm, as it contains beeswax, an ingredient I think has caused minor breakouts on my cheeks before. I applied it to areas of my face recommended, around the eyes and mouth. This product feels very reminiscent of the Egyptian Magic All Purpose Cream. At first, it comes out of the tube as an oil that has separated from the balm. Then the balm comes out. You should squeeze the tube a bit before your initial use to mix the product together. It feels a little like a thick honey, but less sticky. It stays wet feeling on the skin for a long time. I think this would be an amazing natural, wet looking highlight to the skin. By the way, there is a flowery scent to it. My favourite way to use to use this is to add a thick layer to skin flakes before bed and to make a DIY strobe cream.
MOROCCAN ARGAN OIL -ROSE
A true skin super food! Incredibly rich in vitamin E, essential fatty acids, and proteins, argan oil helps restore the appearance of texture and tone. Use it as a: facial serum, body + decollete massage oil, hair serum, hand + cuticle oil, soothes dry elbows + heels. Lightweight and easily absorbed, you can allow the soothing blend of rose geranium + lemongrass to soothe the senses and calm the mind.
Acure has a whole line of aromatherapeutic argan oils as well as a pure, scentless argan oil. I'm taking a guess that one of the reasons they have a scented line of argan oil is because some people complain about the scent of the pure (or scentless) Acure Moroccan Argan Oil.
I actually wouldn't recommend this rose scented version. Instead, I recommend their pure Moroccan Argan Oil or the Coconut Argan Oil. There are no skin benefits of the added scenty ingredients added to this oil and their rose and citrus ginger argan oil might even be problematic for your sensitive skin. Citrus Aurantium (Orange) Peel Oil is the second most concentrated ingredient, listed under argan oil. Beautypedia argues that many of the added ingredients in those two products are skin sensitizers and irritants. Their coconut scented argan oil should be fine from what I read of the ingredients though and i'd actually love to try it. The additional ingredients in this product don't bother me or deter me from use but these type of ingredients can be problematic for sensitive skin. If you love rose scents, you'll like this, but like I said, I would absolutely recommend their Moroccan Argan Oil and the Coconut Argan Oil.
